Why Piece of Cake?

I am Passionate about baking, I always loved being in the kitchen. And Nothing can prevent me from doing what I loves, not even being on a wheelchair. In 2012, after a long time spent in recovering from my stroke, I officially got back into baking for my friends and family. My father being diabetic, I started to look for healthy substitutes that will replace sugar. I then got inspired to start a Healthy Pastry business which I named “Piece of Cake” in 2017.
